welcome, friends!

Twenty years ago the Coder family searched the San Juan Valley for a vacation home – and this was the one. Open sky, pine-laced ridgelines, and a quiet that settles over you the moment you arrive. What began as a farmhouse became a family retreat, and now it's yours to enjoy.

There are no bad views here. Watch the sun crest the eastern ridge from the back patio with your morning coffee. In the evenings, Piedra Peak turns amber and the valley goes still. Curl up by the fire with a glass of wine and let the mountains do the rest.
